No. You can order as a guest with just your name, email and address, and you will get a private link to your order that shows its status, your proof and the whole conversation with us. If you create an account afterwards using the same email, that order appears in it automatically.

Most business customers are invoiced, and the invoice carries a link to pay by card or ACH. You can also pay by card at checkout instead, and there is a purchase order field if your organisation needs one. Card details never touch our servers - payment is handled by Stripe.

Always. We send you a proof and nothing goes into production until you approve it. That is not a promise we have to remember: our system physically will not let an order move into purchasing or production without an approved, current proof against it. If we revise the artwork, the earlier approval stops counting and you approve the new one.

Vector artwork gives the best result - AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. We also accept PNG, JPG, PSD and TIFF. If all you have is a logo pulled off a website we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at the size you want, and redraw it if it will not. Digitizing your logo for embroidery is free, and we keep the stitch file so a reorder never repeats that work.

No hard minimum - we will decorate a single piece. What changes with quantity is which method makes sense: DTF and embroidery are economic at any quantity, while screen printing carries a setup charge per colour that only pays for itself over roughly two dozen pieces. Tell us the design and the quantity and we will tell you which is cheaper, including when that is not the one you asked for.

We quote turnaround from the day you approve the proof, not the day you order, because that is when the clock genuinely starts. It also depends on the blanks being in stock at our supplier. We give you a real date once we have your order and your approval, and we would rather tell you an inconvenient date we can hit than a comfortable one we cannot.

Yes, and plenty of customers do. Two things to know: tell us what the item is and what it is made of before you send it, because some fabrics and finishes will not take ink, stitch or a laser cleanly. And send two or three spares, because if a piece is spoiled during decoration we can remake the decoration but we cannot replace a garment we did not sell you.

It is charged by the actual weight of your order and shown as its own line so you can see it, never buried in the price. Shipping is free on orders over $500, and free if you collect from us in Phoenix. Freight is not taxed.

Arizona transaction privilege tax is charged on goods where it applies, and not on freight. If your organisation is tax exempt, upload your resale or exemption certificate to your account. Once our team approves it, tax comes off your quotes and invoices automatically from then on.

Yes. A company store is a private branded page where your people order their own uniforms and kit from a list you approve, with your logo and colours on it. You can run it as an open store, or as an allowance store where the company pays and each employee has a budget. Every order is tracked back to your organisation. There is a live demo on the site.

Yes. We keep your artwork, your embroidery stitch file and your screens, so a repeat is fast and identical rather than quoted from scratch. Orders placed through the site carry a Reorder button that rebuilds the whole basket. For an older job that was typed up by hand there is an "Ask us to repeat" button instead, which puts it straight in front of a person here.

Tell us within 10 business days of delivery and keep the goods as they arrived. We will ask for photographs and for a few of the affected pieces back, because we genuinely cannot judge a stitch or ink fault from a description. Where the fault is ours we remake the affected pieces or refund them, whichever you prefer and we can do fastest.
