Custom Embroidery

Stitched, not printed. Embroidery is what you want on a polo, a jacket, a cap or a bag: it does not crack, fade or peel, it survives industrial laundering, and it reads as the more expensive option because it is the more durable one.

What it costs

Per piece, per location, on top of the garment. Digitizing is free.

QuantityPrice per piece
1 to 11$12.00
12 to 23$10.00
24 to 47$9.00
48 to 99$8.00
100 to 249$7.00
250 and up$6.00

These are the live prices this site charges, not an estimate. The garment itself is priced separately at /shop, and every extra location is charged at its own rate.

What it is good for

  • Polos and button-downs for staff who face customers
  • Jackets, vests and soft shells
  • Caps and beanies
  • Bags and luggage
  • Anything that gets washed hard or worn for years

When something else is better

Large designs across the back of a shirt, fine gradients, or photographic artwork. Stitch count drives the cost and the stiffness, so a big detailed design on a lightweight tee is usually better as DTF or screen print.

Artwork we can use

  • Vector art is ideal: AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF with live vectors.
  • A high resolution PNG or JPG works if the logo is clean and the edges are sharp.
  • Text smaller than about a quarter of an inch tall will not hold its shape in thread.
  • Very fine detail gets simplified. We will tell you before we stitch, not after.

Not sure your file will work? Send it over and we will tell you before you order, not after.

How it works

1 Send your logo

Upload it with your order, or attach it to a quote request. Any common format.

2 We digitize it, free

Your artwork is converted into a stitch file. This is a real craft step and most decorators charge for it. We do not.

3 You approve a proof

You see exactly where the logo sits and how big it is. Nothing goes on a machine until you say yes.

4 We stitch and ship

With tracking, and one private link to follow the whole order.

Nothing goes into production without an approved proof. That is enforced by the software, not by somebody remembering.

Common questions

How much does embroidery cost?

Embroidery runs from $12.00 a piece at low quantities down to $6.00 a piece at 250 or more, per location, on top of the garment price. Digitizing and setup are free.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We will embroider one piece. The per-piece price simply drops as the quantity rises, so there is a real saving in ordering for the whole team at once.

Do you charge for digitizing?

No. Digitizing your logo into a stitch file is included, and the file is kept so reorders do not repeat the work.

Can you embroider a logo on the sleeve as well as the chest?

Yes. Front, back and either sleeve, each charged at its own per-location rate. You can place a different design on each spot.

How long does embroidery take?

It depends on garment stock and how quickly the proof is approved, so we give you a real date once we have your order rather than a number that sounds good on a website.
