The workhorse of company apparel. Event shirts, staff tees, run and walk fundraisers, team shirts and giveaways. The two questions that decide the price are how many you need and how many colors are in the design, and we will tell you straight which method costs you less.
Per shirt for one chest print, on top of the shirt itself. Screen printing adds $25.00 per screen, once: one screen per color, per design. DTF has no setup at all. A full front or full back is 50% more than a chest logo.

You see the design on the shirt, at its real size and position. Nothing prints until you say yes.

Nothing goes into production without an approved proof. That is enforced by the software, not by somebody remembering.
The shirt plus the print. A one-color chest print by screen printing runs from $15.00 a shirt down to $6.50 at 250 or more, plus $25.00 per screen once. DTF runs from $8.50 down to $3.50 with no setup. The shirts themselves are priced in our shop, from basic cotton tees to premium soft blends.
Screen printing for larger runs of a design with a few solid colors: the setup is paid once and the price per shirt keeps dropping. DTF for small runs, many colors or photographic artwork, because there is no setup at all. Tell us the quantity and the design and we will tell you which is cheaper.
No. We will print one shirt. Below about two dozen, DTF is usually the cheaper way to do it.
Yes. Order the size run you need: a few smalls, mostly larges, a couple of 3XLs. The quantity price is worked out on the whole run, not per size.
Often, yes. Give us the event date when you ask for a quote. We confirm the date once we have checked garment stock and your artwork, and the sooner you approve the proof the more time there is.
